This basil is great in cooked recipes or dressings that give it time to absorb moisture from the other ingredients. I didn’t enjoy it as much on it’s own because the texture isn’t soft. But it’s still worth using in basically everything else!

Very disappointed in the product; tastes and smells more like dried hay than basil.Much more flavor from “typical” products. And it is still before the BBD, so not an old product. Its going back to Costco, if they will take it.

The size of this herb is just right. It’s so much easier than chopping it yourself and you never waste it. I used it just last night for homemade pizza, the taste and the color was great.

Our grocery store used to carry the Litehouse Foods dried herb products. After I bought the first one, I went back and bought at least one of each they offered. The herbs are very flavorful and the best dried herb products I’ve found at an affordable price.
