As soon as you try to cut them, the chocolate on top just shatters. And yes, I used a very sharp knife. There were no bars, just broken pieces that were a huge mess. On top of that, the layer of chocolate is WAY too thick. It’s pretty much impossible to bite through. They taste good, but I wasn’t able to bring them to my event and had to make something else due to the awful look to them and the hardness of them. I would not make again.
