I have a son, aged 36 years of age, and oh so very fissy about his foods. This is something that I can fix easily, without much fuss, or without much fixing.

This salad was not only tasty,but was easy to fix. My son is not so easy to satisfy, he is one that is very fussy. He is one that is injured from a football accident, and was paralized from that accident. He is very particular about his food and he wants many a great deal of simple change. This was an easy to make salad, requiring not much effort, but was easy to make.
